Server Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to members and guests in multiple dining rooms
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and wine pairings
• Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and presentable
• Anticipate guests’ needs and address them with professionalism and efficiency
• Collaborate with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service
• Adhere to all sanitation, safety, and club service standards
• Assist in training new staff and maintaining a positive team environment

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior serving experience in a restaurant, country club, or fine dining setting preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor with a friendly and positive attitude
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of one (1) year of serving experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Current food handler’s certification (or willingness to obtain if required by law)
