Registered nurse position available for a 280 bed skilled nursing facility located in Arverne (Far Rockaway), New York.

Candidate is required to have a New York State RN License, experience in MDS 3.0 and care planning.

Experience in a long term care facility as a Nursing Care Coordinator / Unit Nurse Manager a plus.

Knowledge of SigmaCare EMR a plus
