Shift Lead

We are seeking a motivated Shift Lead to help oversee daily operations of a high-volume Quick Service Restaurant inside Atlanta Airport. This role supports management, leads team members during shifts, and ensures fast, friendly service in a fast-paced travel environment.

Responsibilities:

- Lead team members during assigned shifts

- Ensure speed of service, food quality, and cleanliness standards

- Open/close restaurant per procedures

- Support training and coaching of crew members

- Handle cash and monitor accurate register transactions

- Maintain food safety and airport security compliance

Qualifications:

- 1+ year of QSR or restaurant experience

- Prior leadership or key-holder experience preferred

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays

- Must qualify for airport badging/security clearance

Physical Requirements:

- Stand for extended periods

- Lift up to 40 lbs
