Loan Documentation Specialist

We are searching for a Loan Documentation Specialist to provide onsite support for a local financial institution. This position is temporary with the potential to become permanent and pays $20/hour.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize SBA loan documentation
• Scan, index, and upload loan files accurately
• Maintain complete and orderly loan records
• Track and follow up on missing documentation
• Provide administrative support to the SBA lending team
• Ensure documentation accuracy and completeness
• Handle confidential borrower information appropriately
• Respond to internal document requests
• Support file audits and quality control reviews
• Perform additional clerical duties as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in banking, lending, or document‑heavy work environments
• Strong organizational skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to manage confidential information
• Experience with scanning and document management systems
• Basic computer proficiency
