As a Social Worker on our team, you will be a trusted advocate and problem-solver for people navigating complex social, emotional, and practical challenges.
What You'll Do
Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ needs, strengths, and goals.
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and their support networks.
Maintain accurate, confidential case records and documentation in compliance with agency and legal standards.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including educators, healthcare professionals, and community partners—to coordinate holistic care.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work (BSW/MSW) from an accredited program.
Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure (e.g., LCSW, LICSW).
Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
Resilience, empathy, and commitment to ethical, client-centered practice.
