Pharmacist

Location: Arizona 85542
Pay: $2,594 – $2,905/week
Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts (variable days, evenings, nights, weekends)
Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient Hospital Pharmacy (ER coverage as needed)
Note: Must be flexible to work across multiple areas and shifts

• Provide inpatient, outpatient, and ER pharmacy services, ensuring safe and accurate medication dispensing

• Process prescriptions efficiently, including controlled substances in compliance with laws and policies

• Counsel patients on medications and provide clinical support to healthcare teams

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to optimize patient care and outcomes

• Support pharmacy operations including inventory, dispensing systems, and workflow efficiency

• Maintain current medication knowledge and adhere to regulatory and hospital standards

• Participate in quality improvement, staff development, and community outreach initiatives

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD (Required)

• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist License (Arizona preferred)

• BLS Certification (Required)

• ACLS & PALS required for inpatient/ER (PALS may be obtained on-site)

• Minimum 5 years professional pharmacy experience (including hospital setting)

• 2 years management/leadership experience preferred

• Experience in inpatient and/or outpatient hospital pharmacy required

• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
