Key Responsibilities

• Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and drinks to patrons with knowledge of the menu.
• Mixology: Mix and pour drinks according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Bar Preparation: Prepare the bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and ready for service.
• Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and front-of-house environment.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
