If you're looking for a role where your performance directly ties to your growth and long-term wealth, you'll find it here.We are seeking a Project Manager (PM I or PM II) in the Orlando market who brings strong construction knowledge, financial discipline, and a proactive leadership mindset.What You'll DoAs a Project Manager, you are responsible for the overall success of the project-financially, operationally, and relationally-from preconstruction through closeout.Project Leadership & ExecutionLead projects from buyout through final completion, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budgetPartner closely with Superintendents to drive field execution and maintain project momentumProactively identify risks, resolve issues, and keep projects on trackFinancial Management & AccountabilityOwn project financial performance including budgets, forecasts, cost tracking, and profitabilityManage subcontracts, change orders, and cost control processes with precision and urgencyMaintain accurate and timely financial reporting in alignment with company standardsClient & Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and key stakeholdersBuild and maintain strong relationships through consistent communication and follow-throughNavigate challenges professionally while protecting the company's interests and reputationPreconstruction & ProcurementParticipate in preconstruction planning, scope development, and buyout strategiesEnsure subcontractor alignment with project expectations, scope, and scheduleCollaborate with estimating and operations to support seamless project transitionsContract & Risk ManagementUnderstand and manage contract terms, scope clarifications, and project risksLead change order negotiations and issue resolution in a manner that protects project outcomesElevate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership of day-to-day decisionsWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for Project Managers who combine technical construction knowledge with strong business acumen.
