Ideal candidate must reside or familiar with Rhode Island neighborhoods. This position requires outreach to different communities, and direct contacts with Medicaid recipients, as well as some office responsibilities.

Qualifications:
- Certified Community Health Worker by RICB
- Ability to communicate in English, and other languages, preferably Spanish
- Current CNA or Home Care experience a plus
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in the use of computer
- Clean background check
