Excellent communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Demonstrate a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, etc.)
Encourage children to interact and resolve occasional conflict.
Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum. (Identify shapes, numbers, colors, crafts, etc.)
Organize nap and lunch/snack hours and supervise children to ensure they are always safe.
Track children’s progress.
Communicate with parents regularly.
Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards.

A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development and state certification
A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and five years' experience in a licensed early childhood center
Proof of current and active enrollment in an accredited Associate’s or Bachelor's degree program in Early Childhood Education or a related field
