About the Role:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver/Care Pro to join our team. Right at Home North Shore-Chicago Metro, IL is a leading provider of in-home care services, and we are excited to welcome a new member to our team who shares our passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Help clients with transportation to appointments or activities
• Assist clients with transfers and ambulation using a gait belt and Hoyer lift
• Document and report any changes in the client's condition to the care team

Requirements:

• With High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one (1) year of experience in caregiving or a related field.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as required to perform the job.
• Experience safely assisting clients with transfers and mobility, including proper use of a Hoyer lift and gait belt, preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, current car insurance, and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
