We are currently seeking a dedicated Lube Technician to join our team.Job DetailsSalary: From $16 an hourJob Type: Full TimeLocation: Rochester Hills, MI 48307Job SummaryThe Lube Technician will perform lubrication, oil changes, filter replacements, and multi-point inspections to support vehicle maintenance. Job Requirement:Job QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent is recommended but not required.Minimum of one year experience as a technician's assistant or apprentice.Valid driver’s license and a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets company policy.Local state vehicle inspection license preferred.Physical RequirementsAbility to work in a shop environment exposed to noise, dust, odors, fumes, chemicals, and adhesives.Capability to lift at least 100 lbs.Frequent sitting, standing, bending, reaching, talking, hearing, and using hands for handling tools and equipment.Occasional stooping, kneeling, or crouching.Required vision includes close, distance, peripheral, and the ability to adjust focus.Safe operation of equipment and vehicles at all times.Core CompetenciesLeadership: Demonstrates ethical behavior and fosters a cohesive team environment.Compliance: Adheres to company standards, laws, regulations, and pricing guidelines.Customer Service: Provides excellent service promoting efficiency and fairness.Ethics and Integrity: Represents the dealership with professionalism and honesty.Oral Communication: Expresses issues clearly and professionally.Planning and Organizing: Prioritizes work and manages time effectively.Quality: Ensures accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.Dependability: Shows consistent attendance, follows instructions, and responds to feedback.Safety and Security: Observes safety procedures and uses materials correctly.
