Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Operating computerized batching equipment to ensure consistent, accurate mixesMonitoring materials and mixes to maintain quality standardsCoordinating with Dispatch and Transportation teams to ensure timely deliveryTracking weights, measurements, and billing information accuratelyChecking inventory of raw materials and communicating production needsPerforming daily equipment inspections and maintaining safe operationsOperating a front-end loader when neededSupporting your team with additional tasks as directed by your supervisorSKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:Educational and experience requirements include: High school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to effectively communicate and safely follow directions. Must be detailed oriented and comfortable working with a computer. Must have the ability to work cooperatively as part of a productive team to work safely and independently without constant supervision. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
