Our NAEYC Accredited Early Childhood Programs in New London Day Nursery and Groton-Mystic Early Childhood Development Center are the perfect place to share your passion for working with children.

What You'll Do
When our regular staff are away, our substitute teachers are the ones who come to the rescue!
As a vital part of our childcare team, you'll help create a nurturing environment that promotes learning and growth for children in our care. You'll work alongside a talented team of educators who share your commitment to providing a safe, engaging, and fun learning experience.
Requirements
- A positive, upbeat, team player attitude!
- Experience working with young children ages six weeks to 5 years.
- Reliable transportation.
- Schedule flexibility.
- A high school diploma.
Nice To Haves
Having a Child Development Associate certificate or a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is a plus, but not required. What's more important is your enthusiasm, patience, and ability to connect with young children. If you're pursuing a degree in this field, we'd love to hear about it too!
