Responsibilities of Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor:
Supervise and support nursing staff throughout the shift
Ensure residents receive high-quality nursing care
Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team
Assist with maintaining compliance with facility policies and nursing standards
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
Qualifications & Experience Requirements for Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
Previous experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Long-term care experience preferred
