We are seeking an experienced or new graduate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our established multispecialty ambulatory surgery center located just 35 minutes north of Philadelphia. Job Responsibilities- Administer anesthesia for diverse outpatient surgical procedures across multiple specialties
- Provide anesthesia services for orthopedic surgery, gastroenterology (GI) procedures, ENT cases, ophthalmology, cosmetic surgery, and other elective outpatient procedures
- Conduct pre-operative assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans
- Monitor patients throughout surgical procedures and manage post-anesthesia recovery
- Collaborate with surgeons, nursing staff, and anesthesiologists in a team-based care environment
- Maintain accurate documentation and anesthesia records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Participate in quality assurance and patient safety initiatives
- Ensure proper equipment maintenance and anesthesia supply management
- Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Active Pennsylvania CRNA license or eligibility to obtain PA licensure
- Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia educational program
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
- Ambulatory surgery center experience preferred but not required
- Experience with multispecialty outpatient anesthesia cases is a plus
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
