Position Summary:
Countryside Manor is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) for Night Shift to join our clinical team. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting while working alongside a supportive and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct resident care including medication administration, treatments, and assessments

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and nursing leadership

• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident care plans

• Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment

Schedule Options:

• Night Shift

• Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available

• Every other weekend required

Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Current CPR certification

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
