Key Objectives- Oversee daily production activities to meet company goals for quality, efficiency, and safety.
- Lead, motivate, and develop production team members to achieve peak performance.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supervise and coordinate production staff, schedules, and workflow to meet production targets.
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules or resources as needed to maintain efficiency.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members.
- Identify and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for management.
- Support implementation of Lean manufacturing and other process improvement methodologies.
- Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to ensure equipment reliability and product standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Proficient in using manufacturing software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
