Your mission: restore uptime for customers across Reno and the surrounding area by diagnosing and repairing heavy‑duty trucks, trailers, and equipment on location. You’ll operate independently in a company service truck, communicate clearly with service management, and uphold safety and DOT standards every step of the way.

Important: This role demands self‑reliance. If solo fieldwork isn’t your strength or you need constant oversight, it won’t be a match.

Your impact

• Respond quickly to mobile service calls throughout Reno, NV and nearby communities
• Perform field diagnostics and repairs across mechanical, electrical, air, and hydraulic systems
• Conduct inspections and document results with clarity and accuracy
• Coordinate parts and timelines with service management
• Maintain a ready‑to‑roll service truck, tools, and parts inventory
• Complete work orders fully and on schedule
• Operate safely and in full compliance with DOT and company procedures

What it takes

• At least 2 years of heavy‑duty truck or equipment repair experience
• Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
• Independent work style with minimal supervision
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred
• Clean driving record
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Professional, reliable, and accountable
