Order Fulfillment Picker-Packer (Consumer Goods) — Burlington, NC

Revere Staffing Partners is adding multiple teammates for a growing distribution and production facility in Burlington, NC. We’re hiring immediately across all shifts.

A day in the role

Picture your first week: you step onto a clean, fast-paced floor where you’ll carefully pick and pack everyday personal care items—think disposable razors, diapers, deodorant, toothpaste, soap, and other small consumer products. You’ll keep orders accurate, prepare them for shipment, and follow safety and quality steps. There’s no heavy lifting, just steady, organized work alongside a supportive team.

Shifts & Pay 1st Shift

• Monday – Friday
• 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• $12.00/hour

2nd Shift

• Monday – Friday
• 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM
• $13.00/hour

3rd Shift

• Sunday – Thursday
• 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
• $14.00/hour

What you’ll do

• Pick and pack personal care products
• Prepare orders for shipment
• Maintain accuracy and productivity
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

Bonuses

• $300 Sign-On & Attendance Bonus – Work 5 consecutive scheduled days and earn a $300 bonus.
• $100 Referral Bonus – Refer a friend or family member and earn $100 for each referral who starts working.
