Distribution Associate

As a Distribution Associate, you'll build core warehouse skills that keep clinical-grade supplies moving accurately and on time. This is an onsite role supports daily fulfillment and inventory flow, so customers get what they need without delays. Key responsibilities include: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with strong accuracy Process shipping and receiving tasks, including unloading, unpacking, and inspection Verify counts, lot/serial numbers, and expiration dates against packing lists or POs Enter receipts/shipments into warehouse software, print/apply labels, and put inventory away Assist with loading/unloading and help maintain a clean, safe, organized workspace Required skills/qualifications: Thrive in a fast-paced environment; adapt to shifting priorities Detail-focused, organized, and able to multitask Clear communicator and reliable teammate Basic computer skills and comfort learning warehouse management systems Able to lift, tug, and push heavy items up to 50 pounds as needed Preferred ExperienceAt least 3 years of experience in a distribution setting.
