Fricke's is a small local bar with a set menu, great drinks, and a welcoming vibe. We’re looking for a hands-on Lead Cook who enjoys cooking consistently delicious food and being part of a close-knit team that keeps our guests coming back.
Responsibilities:
- Cook menu items daily with consistency and care
- Prep ingredients and ensure the kitchen is stocked
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Occasionally assist with inventory and ordering
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Creativity and passion for cooking
