Job Description

Job Description
Do you thrive on order, accuracy, and momentum?

If you enjoy turning a busy stockroom into a precisely tuned operation, this role is for you. Imagine starting your shift by checking the receiving dock, logging items into IFS, and placing them exactly where they belong. Minutes later, Production requests parts—you pull, issue, and document them so work can continue without pause. By afternoon, you are performing cycle counts, chasing down a discrepancy, and coordinating an outgoing shipment.

Your mission

Keep inventory accurate, accessible, and moving—so every team you support can deliver high-quality products on time.

Key outcomes
  • All inbound goods are received, inspected, and matched to purchase orders and packing slips.
  • Stock is stored in assigned locations and the warehouse/stockroom remains organized.
  • Materials and supplies are issued promptly to internal teams.
  • Every movement is recorded in IFS or another inventory management platform.
  • Records for finished goods and non-inventory items are kept up to date.
  • Cycle counts are completed, and weekly, monthly, and annual inventory events are supported.
  • Discrepancies are investigated and resolved quickly.
  • Reorder needs are flagged to Purchasing before shortages occur.
  • Outbound materials are packed and scheduled for delivery as needed.
  • Forklifts and material-handling equipment are operated safely.
  • Work areas remain clean, organized, and safe; company safety policies are followed.
  • Other related duties are performed as assigned.
What sets you up for success
  • High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 years of related experience/training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven warehouse and material handling experience.
  • Comfort with inventory software (IFS or similar), strong documentation habits, and attention to detail.
Team connections

You will work closely with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Production to maintain accurate records and efficient material flow.

All employees are required to follow all safety and quality rules and processes to ensure a safe working environment and the production of high-quality products.
