RN - Labor & Delivery

Location: California 93465
Pay: $2,594 – $2,905

• Night Shift (2nd Shift)

• 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

• 3 x 12-hour shifts (36 hours) or 4 x 12-hour shifts (48 hours)

• Rotating schedule

• Every 2–3 weekends required

• No call (occasional on-call/low census up to 4 times)

• No floating

• Provide LDRP care (labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, newborn)

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care

• Administer medications, IVs, and monitor maternal/fetal status

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and delegate tasks

• Educate patients/families and support discharge planning

• Ensure safe, high-quality care using nursing process

Education & Experience

• Minimum 2 years L&D experience (Required)

• BSN (Preferred)

• Acute care experience (Preferred)

Licenses & Certifications

• Active California RN License (Required)

• BLS (Required)

• ACLS (Required)

• NRP (Required)

• AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring (Required)

• Strong L&D and newborn care experience required

• Ability to manage rotating shifts and weekend coverage

• Must meet vaccination and compliance requirements
