Top 200 AmLaw firm seeks an associate to join their Intellectual Property Group in their Houston office.
The ideal candidate must have 3-5 years of experience in patent litigation and, preferably, inter partes reviews (IPRs). Patent bar registration is preferred. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or electrical engineering or a more advanced degree in biotechnology. Candidates must have strong writing and analytical skills and show a high degree of initiative and must possess a JD from an ABA-approved law school and be active members in good standing of at least one bar, Texas preferred.
