Community Bridges is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our Day Program in Franklin, NH.Founded in 1982, Community Bridges is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the integration, growth, and interdependence of people with developmental disabilities within their communities. We support more than 1,100 individuals and families throughout the Greater Capital Area by identifying barriers, developing creative solutions, and fostering meaningful community engagement.Position OverviewAs a Day Program Direct Support Professional, you will promote abilities-not disabilities by supporting individuals in building skills, relationships, and community connections.
