Medical Office Coordinator (Multi-Site)
Part-Time | 25–30 Hours Per Week

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and patient-focused healthcare professional to support daily operations across multiple outpatient medical offices (between Catkills and Athens). This is a part-time position requiring travel between three clinic locations, so reliable transportation is required.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys working with patients, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Flexibility and the ability to adapt to the needs of each office are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Coordinate patient visits and assist with daily office workflow
  • Answer incoming phone calls and address patient inquiries
  • Verify insurance and demographic information
  • Maintain accurate patient records within the electronic medical record (EMR)
  • Coordinate communication between providers, patients, and outside healthcare facilities
  • Assist with referrals, authorizations, and other administrative tasks as needed
  • Help ensure efficient daily operations at each assigned location
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between three office locations are required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
