Following our customer experience defined process, the position requires a responsibility to always exude hospitality and kindness towards our guests.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Greet and engage customers creating a positive first & last impressionLet management know with urgency of any guest issue, food/product issue, or facility issue.Take guest's order, handling cash and credit card transactionsKnow our menu completely and accurately to answer guest's questionsServe guests and accommodate any requestsPrepare front of the house food and beverage items quickly and accuratelyKeep front of the house clean and well stockedMay include expediting food orders and light dishwashingRequired Qualifications and Skills:Work as team player, committed to an outstanding guest experience every timeAbility to do basic math while handling and counting cashAbility to work morning, nights, weekends, and holidaysDependable, punctual, strong work ethic with customer centric focusAbility to speak and read basic English and perform physical demands of the positionWork Authorization: Must be eligible to work in the United StatesWork Environment/Physical Demands: This position operates in a quick service restaurant/kitchen environment. Any role routinely uses sinks and dishwashers and tools to clean kitchen appliances. Employees are exposed to hot water, potentially slippery floors, and cleaning chemicals. Regularly required to talk or hear, frequently required to: stand, walk, bend, lift products, use hands to hold, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms.
