Sales Team Member

Ski's Truck & RV Sales is looking for a motivated Sales Team Member to provide excellent customer service and sell travel trailers, fifth wheels, and motor coaches at our RV dealership.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to learn camper lines, including Coachmen®, Dutchmen®, Forest River®, Gulf Stream®, and KZ® travel trailers, fifth wheels, destination models, and RVs.
• Provide superior sales/customer service of campers on our nine-acre outdoor lot. Consistently meet/exceed sales goals.
• Ability to prepare camper sales paperwork and take deposits on units.
• Assist the sales team with camper marketing sheets and floor plans, as well as camper staging.
• Assist with the sale of camper supplies in our RV Parts and Accessories Store in person and on the phone.
• Ability to run a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Process new inventory, stock shelves and assist sales team with merchandise and displays in the store.
• Assist with camper service paperwork and coordination.

Essential Job Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous sales experience and a track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good math skills.
• General camper/RV knowledge preferred (or willing to learn).
• Superior organization and communication skills.
• Be willing to learn and work effectively with other members of the sales team.
• Must have weekend availability: Able to work at least two Saturdays per month (8 am to 1 pm).
• Willing to show campers outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods of time.
• Able to lift 30 lbs. or more to move inventory in the store.
• A valid driver's license and good work/attendance record required.
