LaSante Health Center is seeking a Part-time Allergist to provide outpatient allergy and immunology care in a federally qualified health center (FQHC) setting one day/week. This role focuses on evaluating and managing allergic conditions while collaborating with primary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat allergic and immunologic conditions
Perform and interpret allergy testing as appropriate
Develop treatment plans and provide patient education
Collaborate with primary care providers for coordinated care
Document visits in the electronic health record (EHR)
Qualifications:
MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Allergy & Immunology
Current New York State medical license (or eligibility)
Outpatient experience preferred
