REGISTERED NURSE SUPERVISOR
Foremost at Sharon, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, is seeking a confident and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team for the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift, working 32 hours per week with every other weekend. As part of our commitment to providing high-quality resident care and strong clinical leadership, this role involves providing clinical supervision and leadership during the evening shift, supporting nursing staff, and ensuring safe, effective resident care.

Responsibilities:
Provide clinical supervision and leadership during the evening shift
Support nursing staff and ensure safe, effective resident care
Act as the clinical resource for assessments, issues, and decision-making
Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
Communicate shift updates and concerns to leadership
Requirements:
Active RN license in good standing
Supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
Long-term care experience strongly preferred
