Your Role

As a Toddler Teacher, you will play an important role in supporting the growth and development of our little learners. Your days will be filled with laughter, learning, exploration, and meaningful moments as you help children build confidence and important early skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Child Development: Create engaging lesson plans and hands-on activities using Creative Curriculum that support physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.

• Safety First: Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment while closely supervising children during indoor and outdoor activities.

• Curriculum Fun: Bring creativity and enthusiasm into the classroom while following our educational philosophy and daily routines.

• Relationship Building: Build positive relationships with families and communicate regularly about their child’s growth, milestones, and daily experiences through the Engagement App.

• Team Spirit: Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a caring and supportive atmosphere for children and families.

Schedule

Monday through Friday

Full-time shifts available:

• 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a toddler or preschool classroom required.

• Passion for working with young children and helping them flourish.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude.

• Experience with Creative Curriculum and NJGROW is a plus but not required.

• Background in Early Childhood Education or related field is a plus but not required.

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

• CPR/First Aid Certification preferred or willing to obtain
