Job Description

Job Description
What a day looks like

You start your morning by opening work orders on a tablet, pulling live data from a wide range of machine makes and models. With real-time insights from our proprietary T3 platform, you pinpoint root causes fast, line up the right parts, and map out the corrective action. By midday, you’re on-site at a customer job, performing troubleshooting on diesel, hydraulic, electrical, and complex mechanical systems. In the afternoon, you wrap repairs, verify performance, close documentation, and mentor a junior tech on best practices — all while keeping safety at the forefront.

What you’ll tackle
  • Diagnose and repair rental and customer-owned heavy equipment — diesel, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems — with independent problem-solving
  • Comfortably use laptops/tablets to create, assign, and monitor work orders, pull machine data, and track service intervals
  • Order parts and coordinate pick-up/delivery of equipment and components as needed
  • Keep accurate daily electronic records of work performed
  • Coach and support less-experienced technicians when needed
  • Travel to customer sites for field service; maintain a clean, professional service vehicle
  • Apply safe work practices; OSHA knowledge preferred
  • Participate in year-round, company-provided OEM training
  • Pitch in with additional duties as assigned
