What You’ll Be Doing:

As a key member of our team, you’ll play an important role in delivering the exceptional Pink Bean Coffee experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee, smoothies, and other beverages with care and attention to detail.
- Assisting with customer orders and ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workspace to meet our high standards.
- Collaborating with team members to create a friendly and positive atmosphere.
- Staying proactive and taking initiative to keep operations running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (coffee shop, food service, or hospitality preferred).
- A strong work ethic and the ability to stay motivated in a dynamic environment.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to take initiative and problem-solve.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service.
