\tJob Description: The 737 program is looking for proactive & autonomous Manufacturing Engineers at mid-level & senior level. This position will support 737 increasing production rates and will integrate directly with Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams.
\tResponsibilities:
\tLead projects through conceptualization to implementation
\tIdentify process, manufacturing, or tooling improvements
\tTroubleshoot production issues
\tCollect and interpret data
\tEffectively communicate and report out to leadership
\tIdentify root causes and execute Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA)
\tAssess engineering change activity, evaluating potential factory disruption for complexity and impact.
\tRequired Skills:
\tBachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
\t3 or more years of experience working in an engineering discipline
\tExperience working in a production environment
\t3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Mid-Level)
\tPreferred Skills:
\t5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Senior)
\t9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Lead)
\tExperience in Manufacturing Engineering Planning systems such as Product Data Manager (PDM) and Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPP)
\tEducation / Experience:
\tEducation/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
