HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCEAs our Hotel Office Administrator, you'll be the person who helps keep everything behind the scenes running smoothly. You'll work closely with leaders across the hotel, making sure reports are accurate, invoices are processed, schedules are maintained, and important records stay organized and up to date. You'll assist with onboarding new team members, help support payroll and timekeeping processes, and serve as a trusted resource for employees with administrative questions. Along the way, you'll coordinate with vendors, monitor inventory levels, support departmental needs, and help ensure daily operations stay on track. Every day will bring a mix of collaboration, problem-solving, and attention to detail, giving you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both team member and guest experience. COULD THIS ROLE BE A FIT?Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience2+ years of hotel administrative, accounting, or office experienceProficient in Microsoft programsStrong initiative and ability to work independentlyExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, strategize, and manage workloadStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skillsAbility to push and pull up to 40 lbs. and carry up to 20 lbs.Ability to bend, reach, kneel, and grip items when handling files, supplies, and office equipmentAbility to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team while maintaining confidentialityOur initial mobile-friendly application takes just a few minutes to complete.
