Senior Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (Senior BCBA)Location: Naperville Clinic Salary: $85,000-$90,000 per yearEmployment Type: Full-Time (4 office days/week, with 1 flex day after 90-day onboarding)As a BCBA-owned organization, IABA believes clinical decisions should come from experienced behavior analysts - not a distant corporate structure. As our Senior BCBA, you'll step into a leadership role that blends hands-on clinical oversight with real influence over how care is delivered in your clinic.You'll oversee your assigned clinic to ensure high-quality outcomes for both clients and their families, lead our parent training curriculum, and partner closely with treating BCBAs to keep every treatment plan individualized and socially valid.
