Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook meals for residents and patients in accordance with dietary needs and preferences
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
Order and inventory ingredients and supplies, while minimizing waste and optimizing resources
Collaborate with the dietary team to develop menus and specials, ensuring variety and nutritional value
Provide exceptional customer service to residents, patients, and staff, responding to requests and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Maintain accurate records of meal production, inventory, and quality control

Requirements:
Previous experience in food service, preferably in a healthcare setting
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
