Our TOP PERFORMERSmakes over $80,000+ the FIRST YEAR!Qualifying individual with P C licensed Base Salary starts at $3000.00 to $3500.00/month Plus up to 12% commission plus weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly bonus with potential to making up to $80k in the first year.
We offer $1000.00 SIGN ON BONUS. Payable after 90 days Probation.

- Generate sales from the different sources of leads available
- Build relationship with realtors, car dealerships etc
- Build customers relationship
- Cross sales and up sales
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is required
- NON LICENSED Must be willing to obtain Property and Casualty License
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills
- Successful sales background
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Create relationships from a cold start
