Loco Boys Brewing Company in Traverse City, MI is looking for one line cook to join our scratch cooking culinary team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and experienced.
Responsibilities
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Chop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation.
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Cleaning & occasional dishwashing
- Stock inventory
Qualifications
- Cooking experience in a commercial kitchen
- Positive attitude in fast paced work environment
- Flexible work availability
- Strong attention to detail
