If you're looking to join a people-first organization where you can pursue a fulfilling career path alongside a supportive team, you can find all that and more at Starbird!WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A RESTAURANT TEAM LEAD18+ years old1+ years of restaurant, hospitality, retail, food service, or guest-facing experienceStrong communication, interpersonal, and coaching skillsAbility to lead by example and positively influence othersDemonstrated reliability, accountability, and leadership potentialAbility to support opening and closing operations independentlyAvailability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs requireCurrent Food Handler Certification or the ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire (company covers the cost)Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shiftAbility to lift and carry up to 50 lbsPrevious experience as a Key Holder, Trainer, Shift Lead, or in another leadership role, along with the ability to quickly learn technology, coach operational changes, and effectively resolve guest concerns, is preferred.DAY-TO-DAYThis is a full-time position with shifts that vary based on business needs and are scheduled within operating business hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.As our Restaurant Team Lead, you'll welcome guests, coach team members, and set the standard for hospitality and teamwork. Your responsibilities include training staff, monitoring food quality and safety, delegating tasks, and ensuring smooth operations.
