Job Description
Location: California 93301
Pay: $1,987 – $2,230/week
Schedule: Day Shift, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (12-hour shifts)
Hours: 36–48 hours per week
Position Summary & Responsibilities
Provide direct, high-acuity ICU nursing care to critically ill patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation)
Monitor, interpret, and respond to complex patient conditions and clinical data
Administer medications and treatments per orders and protocols
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
Supervise, delegate, and support assigned nursing staff as needed
Educate patients and families and support discharge planning and care transitions
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Acute care or ICU experience preferred
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice (Required)
BLS/CPR certification (Required)
ACLS certification (Required)

Ability to work in a fast-paced critical care environment
