Job Description
The Janitorial Night Supervisor leads evening and overnight cleaning operations, ensuring all assigned facilities are cleaned according to standards and schedules.
Responsibilities
- Supervise night-shift janitorial staff.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor performance.
- Ensure completion of cleaning schedules and checklists.
- Perform quality inspections and corrective actions.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching.
- Track attendance, timekeeping, and productivity.
- Maintain inventory and request supplies.
- Respond to after-hours client requests and emergencies.
- Enforce safety procedures and company policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of janitorial or supervisory experience.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
