Dan Mensch GEICO Local Office is looking for a motivated Insurance Office Representative to join our growing team in Allentown, PA.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Educate clients on insurance products and recommend coverage that fits their needs.
• Generate new business through lead follow-up, referrals, and prospecting.
• Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to better protect customers.
• Provide outstanding customer service and follow up as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records and policy information.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive, goal-oriented attitude.
• Organized and comfortable using computer systems.
