POSITION: Shipping Coordinator

LOCATION: Zelienople, PA

PAY: $22–$25/hr (based on experience)

SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday/3 Shifts

TYPE: Temp to Hire

• Create shipping documentation, pack lists, and bills of lading

• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments using TMS and logistics providers

• Work with Production to ensure ontime shipping

• Track shipments and verify delivery status

• Maintain shipping records and respond to customer inquiries

• Prepare and follow up on freight claims

• Post daily shipping information in the company database

• Provide freight rates to Estimators and Inside Sales

• Honor customerspecific shipping requirements

• Perform additional duties as needed

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• 1+ year shipping experience (steel service center preferred)

• Experience with international shipping, customs, USMCA, AES, etc., a plus

• Strong knowledge of shipping procedures and documentation

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a forklift/crane as needed

• Must pass background check and drug test
