Available Shifts:
6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
What You'll Do:
Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.
Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions as ordered.
Assess resident conditions, document changes, and communicate with the healthcare team.
Supervise and support LPNs and STNAs while promoting quality resident care.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans.
Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and nursing standards.
Help create a safe, respectful, and positive environment for residents and their families.
What We're Looking For:
Current Ohio RN license.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Experience with Point Click Care is a plus
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Passion for providing exceptional resident care.
