• Lead, inspire, and develop a diverse team focused on delivering exceptional guest experience.
• Collaborate with the management team to improve day-to-day operations.
• Assist the Executive Kitchen Manager in managing financial aspects of the operation.
• Cultivate relationships with employees to develop trust and maximize teamwork.
