We're a leading Early Childhood Education Center in Springboro, searching for an experienced and compassionate Lead Teacher/Assistant Teacher to join our team. What You'll Do
As a Lead Teacher/Assistant Teacher, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing a curriculum-based program that fosters the growth and development of our students. You will work closely with the center to develop teaching tools and materials that enrich the lives of our young charges. Building strong relationships with families and colleagues is crucial, and you will be responsible for creating a dynamic environment where learning and play are integral parts of our daily activities. You will also be expected to handle customer service, organizational, and time management skills with ease.
Requirements
Able to lift 40lbs and change diapers. Be responsible of cleaning and organizing own classroom. Childcare teaching experience in a licensed child care center or work experience with babies.
Nice To Haves
While not essential, holding a CDA or Associates degree would be a significant asset. If you possess these qualifications, you will be well-positioned to excel in this role.
