Cardiothoracic Surgeon Opportunity

Palm Health is working with a well-established and growing cardiovascular program is seeking an experienced Board Certified/Board Eligible Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a collaborative, high-performing team. Position Highlights
  • Join a comprehensive cardiovascular team including non-invasive cardiology, interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, and cardiothoracic surgery
  • Strong referral base and consistent case volumes
  • Access to advanced technology and modern surgical infrastructure
  • Established Structural Heart Program with opportunities for collaboration and growth
  • Dedicated team of Advanced Practice Providers and surgical support staff
Clinical Scope
  • Full spectrum of adult cardiac surgery, including:
    • Coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG)
    • Valve repair and replacement
    • Minimally invasive cardiac procedures
  • Collaboration with structural heart services, including:
    • TAVR
    • TEER
    • LAAC
    • ASD/PFO closure
  • Opportunity to contribute to program development and expansion initiatives
Candidate Profile
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery
  • Fellowship trained in Cardiothoracic Surgery
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience preferred
  • Demonstrated commitment to team-based care and high-quality outcomes
  • Interest in program growth and innovation
