  • Coordinate with pharmacies and manage medication orders.
  • Assist with prior authorizations (PAs).
  • Work with the front team to manage provider schedules.
  • Communicate with providers, staff, pharmacies, and patients.
  • Chart preparation and patient documentation support for providers.
  • Performing urine drug screens (UDS), vitals, and injections.
  • Supporting providers with documentation and other clinical tasks as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
